We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking neuropsychologist or evaluating clinical psychologist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals and families, committed to culturally responsive care, and excited to help expand access to high-quality assessment services for Spanish-speaking communities throughout Colorado.
This position primarily focuses on comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment services, although psychologists interested in providing psychotherapy are also welcome to do so. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and grow our assessment program while maintaining the integrity, quality, and reputation for excellence that defines our practice.

What You'll Do
Clinical Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, developmental, and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults (it is okay if you have a specialty in a particular age range, and we try to direct the proper evaluations to your expertise).
- Assess autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, giftedness, developmental disabilities, mood disorders, and related conditions
- Administer, score, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of assessment measures
- Use gold-standard autism assessment tools including ADOS-2 and ADI-R when clinically indicated
- Prepare comprehensive, timely, and high-quality written reports
- Provide diagnostic feedback and recommendations to families and clients
- Maintain commitment to evidence-based assessment practices and current professional standards
Clinical Care
- Provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate, ethical care
- Maintain awareness of community resources and provide individualized referrals
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain organized clinical documentation
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements
Collaboration & Growth
- Participate in weekly clinical consultation and professional development with colleagues
- Collaborate with schools, physicians, therapists, and other professionals involved in client care
- Assist families in understanding educational supports, accommodations, and intervention options
- Promote awareness of developmental disabilities through community outreach, trainings, advocacy, and education
- Work in a highly desirable professional office setting in the Denver Tech Center/Greenwood Village area
Optional Opportunities
- Supervise graduate-level Psy.D. and Ph.D. trainees
- Participate in internal trainings and assessment team development initiatives
- Possibilities for individual and group therapy are available
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation
Highly competitive monthly compensation commensurate with experience, caseload, and supervisory responsibilities. Starting salary range: $95,000–$115,000+ annually, with flexibility based on experience, productivity, and clinical responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For
Required
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, Neuropsychology, Educational Psychology, or related field
- APA-accredited internship
- Licensed Psychologist in Colorado or license-eligible
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Eligible for Medicaid credentialing
- Extensive experience conducting psychological, developmental, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations in an effective and timely manner
- Expertise working with autistic individuals and those with developmental disabilities, ADHD, learning disorders, giftedness, and co-occurring mental health concerns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competence using electronic health records and technology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Commitment to culturally competent, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based care
Preferred
- Native Spanish speaker, with excellent English speaking skills
- Training and experience administering ADOS-2 and ADI-R
- Experience identifying autism in complex or high-masking presentations
- Experience working within or collaborating with school systems
- Knowledge of IDEA, ADA, IEPs, 504 Plans, and educational advocacy
